- No history of receptive anal sex including toys
- No previous HIV vaccine and no hormonal therapy

- Transgender women OR cisgender men who have sex with men
- Receptive anal intercourse (bottoming) in the last 6 months

- Any gender
- If non-cisgenderman who has sex with men, # of partners < 5
- On or off PrEP

- No history of receptive anal intercourse (bottoming), toys included.

- Cis men, Trans women, Trans men & Gender Non Conforming persons
- Not currently on PrEP
- Need to have engaged in receptive anal intercourse (bottomed) in the last 6 months with cisgendered man
