Training Opportunities

The Emory Hope Clinic is dedicated to inspiring and training the next generation of researchers who will improve the health of our local and global communities. We offer opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and residents to shadow our faculty doctors and get hands-on experience working in a clinical setting.

Undergraduate Students

Inspire

The Hope Clinic faculty and staff are committed to recruiting diverse research volunteers. We are also committed to ensuring that future researchers are as diverse as the communities we serve. During Summer 2023, the Hope Clinic welcomed and mentored undergraduate students from the Infectious Diseases Summer Program Integrating Research at Emory (INSPIRE) program. In this 10-week summer program students from racial and ethnic minority backgrounds are matched with Hope Clinic clinical research physicians and scientists and have the opportunity to learn about clinical research and participate in community service events.
